Logos Desktop App Crash

Whenever I open my desktop it just keeps on crashing. My desktop app is pretty useless right now. I already tried following all the instructions on troubleshooting to no avail. I cannot still open it until now.

    Welcome Gerald,

    We need to know if Mac (exact version e.g. Sonoma 14.1) or Windows. What version of Logos  e.g. 28.2.

    Try starting to a Blank layout --> Windows: start Logos whilst holding CTRL key.   Mac: start Logos then quickly press and hold Command key until sign-in dialog box appears, then release the key.
