Bug: shading loss on adding link in workflow editor

This at least ought to be a bug because it drives me nuts:

1. Open a workflow for editting
2. Highlight text to which you wish to make a link
3. select link in tool bar: the highlight disappears when the link popup opens ... it still is used, it's just that visibility is lost. This drives me nuts when I get interrupted and can no longer see where the link will go ... and I get interrupted a lot.

Sounds a tad buggy, but is good feedback if nothing else. I will write up a case and pass it along to the team.
