create Bible reading plan on web or android

Is it possible to create a Bible Reading Plan for a section of the Bible, using Android or the web app? I can do it on the Windows app and view it in other platforms, but Windows is not my main environment.

For example, I like to read the book of Psalms in 1 month or the NT in 6 months, but can't see how to create these plans on my Android phone, tablet or on the web app. Is this possible, or is Windows the only place I can create these kinds of plans?

    It needs to be done on the desktop (Windows or Mac) as it is not available on mobile or web app.
