BUG: Clean install on new computer & cannot login
My desktop died, so I've built a new one. When reinstalling apps, I've found that when I do my fresh install Logos/Verbum, the application rejects my credentials.
But my password is fine. I've tried it on Logos.com and other Faithlife sites. I've typed the password multiple times just to double check both in the app login and online (including the web app). The only place it doesn't work in the desktop login. I've even tried changing my password and then tried it in the app and on the sites. No change.
I don't know why this would matter, but if its relevant:
- AMD 7900x
- 96GB RAM (I edit 6k video with this machine)
- Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX
- WD Black 850X 2TB

is your time set correctly?

Well, I'm glad its something as silly and simple as that!
Thanks.

It sounds like that worked. I'm curious, why would the time have anything to do with being able to login?

It could be for:
- authentication token which appear to be expired
- session management
- security protocols which use timestamps
- SSL certificates with time limitations
That's the ones that an old computer nerd can think of; someone with more recent experience might be able to improve on my list ... and laugh a bit at it.
