BUG: Logos on Windows 10 won't let me write the character "ç" in my notes

Hello,

I have a custom-made keyboard layout (made on MSKLC) where pressing alt-gr and "c" makes a "ç".
For some reason, it works well in any other program, but this particular combination does not do anything in some of the Logos text input areas. My other combinations work, for example, alt-gr + "e" does give me an "é".

Below is a non-exhaustive list of where it works or does not work.

The combination alt-gr + "c" combination works in:
- the global search (Logos icon)

- in the library/tools/documents/guides/layout search

But does not work in:
- Notes (most problematic)
- Search
- Factbook search
- Passage reference

Hopefully, Faithlife can provide an answer for you.

I noticed that only Notes converted keyboard Straight quotes " " to Smart quotes  “ ”, but all input areas accepted Unicode input.
