OT While in Hospital Recollections

While in the hospital, I've had some people bring me some Charles Dickens' books and I have enjoyed them. I have some questions. I read David Copperfield, A Tale of Two Cities, and Great Expectations. I would like to find a way to base these works on Christian theology and biblical texts. Is there a way to do this in Logos?

I doubt they are purchasable for Logos, but you could create your own Personal Books! And the rest would be up to your imagination (and need) e.g. how you reference proof texts in the PB.

Yes, all three of those are purchasable in Logos:
David Copperfield, split in two parts in the Harvard Classics series: part 1, part 2 (unfortunately kind of pricey)
A Tale of Two Cities (only $0.99)
Great Expectations (only $0.99)

I'm not sure what you mean by "base these works on...." Do you mean to find a way to defend an interpretation of these works which says they are based on Christian theology and biblical texts? You'd have to do much of your own work in figuring that out. As you read, when you recognize something that seems to be drawn from Christian theology or the Bible, you could search for it in your Logos library, and then write up your document making the case, as if you were writing a paper for school.
You might be interested to know there is already a book called The Gospel in Dickens: Selections from His Works (part of The Gospel in Great Writers series). Unfortunately it is not available in Logos, though I have put in a request for it, but that could years if they even ever get it. But if you don't want to wait, it's available in Kindle format. But it would probably be a good activity while you're convalescing to see if you can work out the connections between Dickens and the Bible yourself. However, there is one more work you could consult if you want some more help. Someone did a dissertation called "Revisiting the Sublime History: Dickens, Christianity, and The Life of Our Lord" and it's available online.
Also, go to Google, and you'll be rewarded with lots of articles, books.... Search for:
{“Biblical" | "Bible" | "Christianity" | "theology"} "in Dickens”
