Error message

The Kingdom Citizens Pavilion Ministries

Hello there,

It's been difficult to update proclaim on my system. I keep getting this error message, but still get notified that my update is ready.

Today it was embarrassing, as I couldn't use proclaim because it exits on its own. What could be the possible problem? I restarted my computer twice during service. Please help me on this.
