Recipients of 1 Peter

I am trying to determine the recipients of 1 Peter. Can Logos do this for me?

    In general, the Factbook article on the book - the Bible Book Guide -> Background -> Recipients section - is a good place to start. This provides links to books in your library that discuss this.

    In this case, as the first article in the list I get shows, the first verse of the letter provides a good indication.

    This is exactly what I wanted I thought it was called the Bible Guide and I could not find it.
