Print / Export

When I try to print / export from my library, the panel opens with a message "this panel supports exports only." I can't print and the file does not seem to export to Excel. Any ideas?

No, but thanks for asking. I am not sure if the problem is LOGOS or something else. Thanks for the follow-up.
