Lemma and morphology not showing up in ESV New Testament

About a month ago, the lemma and morphology stopped showing up when I hover over a word in the New Testament in the ESV, and none of the factbook info appears when I right click the word. ESV OT works just fine. Other versions of the Bible work fine. The mobile version will pull up the info.

Is this a bug, or did I accidently change something in the ESV settings?

The file that presents this info is

RVI:ESVNT
2019-04-30T20:23:23Z
ESVNT.lbsrvi

Do you see this info in the Information panel of the ESV (at the bottom)?

Do you have ESVNT.lbsrvi in your Resources folder?

The file is not showing in the support info section of the information panel, but it is in my resource folder.

Right-click the ESV in Library and select "Remove from this device". Exit Logos, delete ESVNT.lbsrvi and restart Logos.

Right-click ESV again and select "Download". Both the bible and the file should be downloaded.

If this does not fix the issue then contact Customer Support.
