L4 on my Mac doesnt download any books. when I click library its empty. What can I do?
Are you upgrading from a previous version of Logos or Libronix perhaps or did you maybe just buy a base package?
The reason I ask is anyone can download the Logos 4 platform for free. Its the resources you must purchase.
Its a new installation.. just bought it today. Its the Scholar's Library. Logged in fine, but no books in library.
When I go to my account on the website, and order history. there is nothing there. even when I click View my unlocks. and I did purchase a additional book after the Scholar's Library. Strange?
Sounds like a call to customer service - once Scholar's Library license is associated with your account, Update Resources command can be used in Logos 4 to start download.

oh ohh, I signed in with my very-old-account-I-didn't-know-I-have. Now I have a different problem. How do I sign out of L4 Mac desktop software? I entered my wrong account, now I can't change it. I tried uninstalling and reinstall but it saves the username and password somewhere.

Quit Logos 4, launch Logos Bible Software 4 (e.g. click dock icon), then quickly press and hold CMD key until sign-in appears:
Should be filled in with old account and password - can change them, then click "Sign In"
lol as much as I cringe when someone references me to customer service, Logos may be the only company I have complete confidence in when calling over the phone. If you are able to wait they can fix everything bright and early tomorrow morning.
...Sometimes when calling Logos CS I feel as if they've personally employed a CS rep and assigned them to me... This person eagerly awaits my call and I've ruined their day if I don't! [:D] lol its probably not that drastic but its very impressive!
