I can't sign in to new installation on Windows 11

Hello,
I just got a new computer and i am trying to install Logos. It was hard to even get the installer to download but now when I try to sign in it says my user name or password is wrong. I tried resetting my password but still no luck. I can sign in to logos.com though so the password is right on the website. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you set your system clock to the correct time and time zone?
