Do I need a graphics card to run Logos?

I'm looking to upgrade my 2015 HP machine (AMD E2-7110 APU with AMD Radeon R2 Graphics), because even with 16GB RAM and an SSD, things are getting slow, especially Logos.

I was thinking of the Dell offer below - but will I need a graphics card for Logos? I didn't think so...

The Dell's processor/graphics are powerful enough for Logos, and I have not known the App to prefer/select a Graphics Card over Integrated graphics. When I selected a Card, I could not detect a difference. So select a Card according to the needs of your other apps.
