When copying from a resource into a workflow, links and styling e.g. italics are lost.
A very, very, very old problem. I hope your attempt to address it bears fruit. None of mine have.
I can recreate this behavior, and I couldn't find an existing case, so I created a new one.
Just to be clear, my comment was geared toward notes as opposed to workflows. I don't know if the two are significantly different under the hood, but I hope that anything done to fix these loss of formatting issues in workflows can be fitted to resolve some of the similar issues in notes.
