sacrifice and goats in OT

The land in Israel was to be returned to the families who had owned it since Joshua's time every fifty years. Ownership of the land was only ever going to be temporary. All of the land that had been leased out was given back to the original families when jubilee arrived with a trumpet blast. After 7 sets of 7 years, Jubilee arrived. Jubilee was the 50th year, but it was connected to the seven-year sets. Every seven years, all debts were forgiven and servants were set free. A pair of goats were presented annually to the high priest and the temple on the Day of Atonement. I know one was for sacrifice. I am unable to locate the second goat's name. What was the aim of it?

    Lev 16:7-10 and use commentaries to illuminate Azazel (or scapegoat).

    What was the point of the intro about jubilee?

    The second goat was for Azazel.  Search Dr Heiser and Azazel.
