uploading favorites and notes

Hi,

I have done notes and favorites and others user files off-line. Now bing on line I'd like to upload all my files (notes, favorites, ect) on the logos4's server. But it downloads only the old files already present in the server. How can I upload them.

Have you tried the command "Sync Now?" If you have a lot of files it may take a while.

Yes! I've tried . The problem is that it downloads the old files that are in the server and clear my new favorites and notes that are on my pc. Enstead If I make a note on line the server keeps it toghether the old ones

That's not the way it should happen. I would probably call Tech Support if I were in your shoes, it sounds like it may be an error on the server side.
