In which case you should call. The forums are not an official means to communicate with Logos. (A reply, prompt or otherwise, is not guaranteed).
Looking at the product page, this resource is listed as "presented as an interlinear resource." The mobile app does not have the ability to turn on/off individual lines of these resources.
I called and have a ticket. I need a resolution to this problem quickly.
I don't work for Logos but I think my answer will be what they come back with. As far as I know, the mobile app does not allow users to turn on/off interlinear lines... If so, it is all or nothing on mobile.
