Try to move the question-answer block in step 4 down - it disappears rather than appearing in step 5 as expected.

I'm having difficulty reproducing this behavior. Could you add an image of the complete workflow editor? I'm curious if there might be a specific step or task necessary to trigger the issue.
I'm assuming the steps above are similar to the image so I've attempted to recreate it based on the provided image. I've generated 5 major steps and within each one, I've included a 'text' task as well as a question/answer task. Is that similar to you or should I be adding or removing any tasks?
If the workflow editor is too large in length to capture in a photo, we can skip on uploading an image. I'm mainly curious what your entire repro steps were before selecting move down in the editor.
