Does this mean this resource won’t work on my iPhone? I understand changes, but this one seems ridiculous and to the other extreme 🤦🏻♂️

I don't think so. Why should this be the case? This book was (probably erroneously) tagged as if it was only available in the android.logos.com webstore - thus you detected yet another storefront for Logos. Be glad you can buy from there! Maybe it was built with mobile users in mind - and possibly geared towards Android users since Apple tried (or still tries? I'm not up to date on that) to prevent purchases from within their ecosystem that don't run over their store or at least give them some kind of royalty payments. Maybe there are other stores, though at least as of today, there's no apple.logos.com.
