Although it seems, in my experience at least, that the vast majority emphasizes God’s great love—of the which most are eternally grateful—it’s equally true that He is also a God of wrath, fury, & by no means overlooks rife sin regarding His church.
Of course, not that it matters, but, personally, I’ve never really cared for the fluff & puff “Pie-In-The-Sky” grid so often projected onto God’s nature.
Just musing about this last night & wondered if FL has any academically-treated works designed to highlight this topic specifically (?).
May take me a day or two to respond but just want to express my appreciation for any suggestions in advance.
