I am a bit curious to know if I can do a personal book for open access articles like this one. Is that a copyright issue or is it ok to put into Logos? https://brill.com/view/journals/jsj/54/4-5/article-p432_2.xml

If you look at the top right corner of the page you linked, you'll find that these articles are published under a CC-BY 4.0 license. Clicking the CC-BY icon will lead you to a page where the copyright terms are explained:

especially the first aspect will be relevant: I understand it to mean you can copy and redistribute in any format, i.e. you can convert into the *.docx format for the PB tool and you can share that PB source here in the forums. This will require attribution to the author and a link to the CC-BY copyright page, no further permission required.

Note that this is the way this specific open access journal works in terms of copyright, others may use the same or different legal terms.

Actually, from this copyright term it would be even possible for Logos to publish and sell articles licensed like this without paying royalties to Brill (possibly not the journal itself, since the compilation may have its own copyright, not under the CC-BY). You making a PB is certainly okay.
