Savanna, there's an availability problem with this update: While I updated from within Logos with no issue, all of your online download links still point to (and deliver for download) the previous version (which was 29.0.14). I notified customer service of this by email, but they have not replied after several hours. Hope you can clear this up.

Hi Christopher,
Thank you for letting us know, I will take a look and see what is going on.

Savanna, any update? It's been another 24 hours and the download links still point to a file whose properties specify it's "File Version 29.0.0.14".

This was resolved today. Using the download link should point directly to 29.1.22.

I just purchased and installed the 29.1 version for Mac. It crashes on the splash screen and doesn't go any past it. Any suggestions? I can send you more info. Just let me know what you need.

I am sorry to hear you are having these problems.
There are some things to try at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007923512-What-to-do-if-Logos-Crashes-Mac
And if they don't address the issue please enable diagnostic logging as suggested at the bottom of that page.
Then start a new thread in this forum and upload a set of logs after a crash using the paperclip icon in the forum editor and we'll see what we can do to help
