BUG: Title on workflow update deferral

  1. open a workflow
  2. set to edit mode
  3. modify title
  4. click done ... title not changed but as shown below, the title has changed just not the display
  5. reopen workflow ... note title shows correctly in workflow but not on tab
  6. close ... tab changes to match the update you made ... so the problem is refreshing the tab title not in the update.

    Thanks MJ, I was able to reproduce and got a case written up for this issue.
