BUG: slows to a crawl ... well actually to a Verbum not responding message

After modifying many workflows (>30) the Verbum app slows to a crawl. Even attempting to move a resource from one pane to another or trying to focus the cursor in the navigation box brings up the message "Verbum not responding". Closing the application and reopening it clears the problem. Infinitely repeatable. Here are the logs after I closed the app when every action brought up the not responding message.
