Links in Calvin's commentaries not active..and no page number option!

I'm not sure if this is a new issue or not...but (at least the links I tried) in Calvin's commentaries to the Institutes are not active links and I just noticed that the refs are given in page numbers...but there is no option to show page numbers in the institutes! how do I find anything?

    The set I have is from Ages, and haven't been updated for years.

    Here's hoping that the commentaries (at least) get past the "Gathering Interest" stage soon.
