In the lemma section of the BWS guide, there is a lexicon correctly included that has a type of monograph. This caused me to miss considering it in my prioritization. I thought the BWS used type:lexicon here so my thinking may be wrong - I need the correct definition of what appears in the list.

The Lemmas section does not limit the resource type. It's just looking for any resource with a matching headword milestone (more or less... there are complications around homographs and running the guide from the context menu in a resource). There is no limit on the resource type.
