Context menu and highlighting randomly fail to work

IPad version 29.0.2 (0030) randomly doesn’t display highlights made. Also the context menu from which you select highlights sometimes fails to appear, that is, it will at some point stop appearing after text is selected Until the app is restarted. Sigh.

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap "Help".
4. Press “Report a Problem”.
5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Please mark it "Attention: Joe".  Press “Send” to send your report.
