For Kiraz, George Anton, ed. The Peshitta. Bellingham, WA: Logos Bible Software, 2002, the interlinear contains a root entry but the Context menu omits it as well as the manuscript form.
The root information in that resource is just text, not a root reference as in other places. In fact, the application only has support for root references in Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek, and the BHt transliteration "language". Because root references aren't supported for Syriac, they don't show up in the context menu.
This text could still be added to the context menu (to allow searching and copying to clipboard). That would be an useful small-scope request on the feedback site. A much larger scoped request would be adding full support for Syriac roots.
