Anyone else seeing problems with books that have images in them?

I just bought yet another book that has images in them..
That covers the text...
this is a study software...
Either please fix the location of the images..
Or remove them so that we can actually read the book please

The example below is from the book..
Dive Deeper: Finding Deep Faith Beyond Shallow Religion

I don't know if this shows only for you or in specific circumstances (like on a Mac or in Dark Mode or in a specific program scaling / content scaling situation...) and I can't test this resource - maybe you could try some variation.

I think I have never seen this issue - but when I read your description, I immediately thought "sounds like an eBook to me". These are automatically produced with a script not unlike the PB Builder working from publisher-produced files, no human QA etc.

What the Logos team can do (other than making sure the script generally runs okay with images in the text) is to request the latest file from the publisher and run it through the latest version of the script.

I have tried different variations..
Although i only have a windows computer so i cant try in anything but that...
I have tried scaling... dark.. light modes... and pulling it out the frame..
All the same problem...
I am not sure if it was an ebook or not..
I purchased from Logos directly... ?

I come across issues like this every now and then. Unfortunately, what you bought was an ebook. These go through a minimal conversion process that no one reviews (or at least that I can tell). Sometimes you get lucky with minimal errors and other times you get this. I would report it to CS and hope that they fix it.

It is the format .docx that is required not MSWord ... some open source word processors also produce .docx files.
