Specific resource stuck "Downloading..." or "Removing..."

There are a lot of posts about all resources stuck in downloading, but I have a single resource:

That in the Information Panel just says "Downloading" with the revolving wheel and never completes.  If I "cancel download" it goes to "Removing" also with the revolving wheel and never completes.  And same thing if I "cancel removal" (back to "Downloading")

I hate to rebuild my db for a single resource.  Is there something wrong with this particular resource or does anyone know a solution to this?
