How to modify the format of displayed text when hovering over a word

Hi all

I have 'dark mode' enabled when reading NA28 and when I place the cursor / hover over a word in the text then the root greek word and details of the parsing pop up which is fine and helpful however the popup box appears randomly positioned on the sreen and it is also formatted identical to the background text so that its very difficult to both find and read.

Is there anyway to format the popup box and content - eg invert or change text or background colour to make it easier to see?

    The format in Dark mode is not adjustable and the content is fixed. The popup usually appears at the bottom of the panel (in Windows), so I'm wondering if there is any change when you switch to Light mode, or if it is affected by  the position of the App toolbar (Top or Left)? 

    A screenshot would help.
