Blackboard Friday?

Is it just me or did all Lexham resources used to be included in prior Blackboard Friday sales? I had asked sales via chat about some Lexham resources that weren't showing as discounted at all (digital issues of Bible Study Magazine, and "A Ransom for Many: Mark 10:45 as a Key to the Gospel") and was told that not all Lexham resources are included in the sale. "A Ransom For Many" was particularly confusing because the resource is actually pictured on the Blackboard Friday sale page.

I know some like to opt out of marketing emails. I received this yesterday:

Yeah, I mentioned that to sales on the chat and their response was ‘”all” doesn’t mean “without exception”’ …although I’m pretty sure that IS usually what it means.

They didn’t offer to give the discount unfortunately.

Sorry, they did not give you a discount, maybe all this marketing they have been doing is working & they are making money.

I'm sorry about that frustration. We had all individual titles and select bundles on sale during Blackboard Friday, and unfortunately, "A Ransom for Many" was missed in the discount even though it should have been included. We'd be happy to honor the sale price for that title -- email orders@lexhampress.com and reference this forum post and we'll take care of it.

Unfortunately, digital issues of BSM we're not included in the list of select bundles that were discounted.

Some sale reps get a snappy tone with customers; when all we’re trying to do is get the actual facts. It’s like they try to sound like they know everything, but they really don’t. I’ve had weird experiences. The last one I spoke to, wasn’t giving me the correct answer and was even giving me information that was wrong concerning other employees. I chucked it off as him, perhaps, having a bad day. Sales and CS should all be on the same page, but a lot of them are clueless. At least I was able to finally get what I was intended to get.
