Remove Highlights from Desktop

I made a number of highlights and underlines several years ago during seminary classes while using the desktop app. I do not want to see these while reading in books in Mobile. Is there a way to remove these in the mobile app but not the desktop app?

Yes - in that you can turn off displaying Notes & Highlights in the View Settings menu on mobile. But note this will turn off display of all your notes and highlights in your mobile app
