I expect the short name and/or the name in the popup preview to be unique. In this case it is not.
I'm not able to replicate your search results exactly.Could you give the resource IDs and/or name of the resources that open when you select "Strongs"?In Enhanced Strong's Lexicon I wouldn't expect it to have glosses so an empty field doesn't surprise me but I'm not clear on what the version of Strongs that has a gloss might be.
I expect the short name and/or the name in the popup preview to be unique.
Is "Strongs" a custom Short Title that you've assigned to The New Strong’s Dictionary of Hebrew and Greek Words?
If you would like the names to be unique, please choose unique short titles when you rename them in the Library.
One is Strong, James. The New Strong’s Dictionary of Hebrew and Greek Words. Nashville: Thomas Nelson, 1996.

I'll accept Bradley's explanation with the additional caveat that I don't recall setting it and it would be unlike me ... but I do all sorts of odd things to recreate problems identified in the forums.
I suspect you set the custom short title for both of those - in my BWS the former abbreviates to NSDHGW and the latter to ESL.
I wouldn't. It looks like you've explicitly specified a custom short title for those two resources.
That said, I'm sure there are better examples where you haven't customized the short title. Disambiguating these falls into the category of a suggestion rather than a bug report. The work around would be providing a better custom short title.
