The 5th edition of the Oxford Annotated Bible and the 2nd edition of the Jewish Study Bible are much improved over the editions available in Logos. I gather Logos doesn't have a strong licensing agreement with Oxford Press, but it is really a shame not to have these available.

Both of those were/are great. I also still have my Oxford Commentary from Libronix ... zoomable maps too. Both the Annotated and the JSB have good notes.
