Display book cover ?

Is there a way to display the book cover while reading in Logos ?

Books start straight with their content. I would appreciate to see the cover of the book (not just in the library or book information views).

Is there a reason why the cover is not included by default when opening a book ? To avoid having to add a high resolution image for each book ?

There has been no demand, and I doubt that many users would be captivated by the thought as books are rarely opened from the beginning!

Well, it's the way Amazon Kindle and Apple Books work if that's any worth as reference ! [:D]

And for my part I like that. Book covers have nice designs usually, and for me that's a valuable part of the book. Feels a bit strange to have that part dumped. But I agree it's not critical. Just a bit weird from my perspective.

Some of them do include the cover in the content of the book, but it's inconsistent. I think it depends on whether the publisher includes it in the files they provide for Logos. Here's an example of one where it's included.

From my experience, there's a good chance to see the cover picture in the book when it's edition:eBook (like the one you showed), and only a slim one when it's edition:Logos*

What triggered this request for me is that I recently purchased the Journeys of the Apostle Paul.

The book is illustrated beautifully - I was reading it fullscreen - and I missed its cover. It really felt like a part of the book was missing.
