BUG: Crash when opening print dialog in sermon document and notes tool not working right

Hello,

Yesterday I was trying to open the print dialog on my sermon document and Logos crashed. I enabled logging today and it didn't do it but it looks like Logos created a log so I will upload that log here. Also, I couldn't get the notes tool to work correctly. It still doesn't today. When a new note is brought up from the sermon document it does not make a new notebook with the sermon name. Also, when I tried to add an anchor the note disappeared. I don't know if this will show up in the logs but I thought I would mention it. I am using a Lenovo LOQ 15aph8 with an AMD Ryzen 7 and Nvidia 4050 gpu running Windows 11.

Thanks for your help.

Luke

Thanks for the report. We'll create a case for our team to investigate.

Thanks for the report. Just created a case for our team to investigate the crash from above.

Also, I couldn't get the notes tool to work correctly. It still doesn't today. When a new note is brought up from the sermon document it does not make a new notebook with the sermon name.

Hi Luke, I'm having a hard time replicating this and wanted to show you the steps I was taking to see if that match up with the steps you are doing. Here's a video of the steps i took.

Also, when I tried to add an anchor the note disappeared.

I'm having a hard time replicating this as well. Let me know if I'm missing any steps.

    Here's what I did:

    1. From the Sermon document I selected the Sermon Notebook.

    2. Selected New note

    3. Selected + Add Anchor and typed in a passage reference.

This resulted in the anchor tag being added onto the note without the note disappearing.

    Hello Matt,

Thanks for your reply. I can't replicate it now either. It worked fine for me today. Also, with the crash problem, it didn't crash when I opened the print dialog box either. I'm not sure what happened but I thought I would give you guys the log files just in case.

    Thanks,

    Luke

Thanks for your reply. I can't replicate it now either.

Thanks for letting us know; let me know if things change.

Regarding the crash, we did see something in the log files, and we have a case to investigate that. Thanks again for uploading those.
