I discovered that the bibliography for this volume is missing in Logos. How is it possible that they would omit a bibliography from the book? I checked and it's present in the printed edition. Is there any way Logos can add it?

Machine Error, Human Error or a combination of the two.

I imagine it will not be a big job. Look out for a member of staff visiting this thread. If nobody turns up give Customer Service a ring.
