Older iPad version wont login
So I've been able to install Logos software on my old iPad, (iPad os 9.3.5) I am able to download the most recent compatible version, but it will not let me login. Keeps saying invalid email/username or password. I tripled checked, and even reset my password to make sure...and still no luck. Would anyone have an idea of what I'm missing?
Thanks for any help!

Darren, iPad OS 9 is no longer supported. iPad OS 15 is the minimum version required for our app.

While there is certainly ample information on logos.com and the forums regarding supported OS versions, there are new users (as Darren appears to be) who have not yet developed that second nature. Wouldn't it be a very simple programming task to have the login routine simply report an unsupported OS, rather than misleading new users about their login and leading them to run in circles?

Robert, it's the user's responsibility to be fully cognizant of Faithlife rules. It's like driving a car. You read the laws first, memorize the user manual, and search the web, before heading for the dealership.
Actually IF/THEN seems obvious to westerners (so called western civilization) but often fails in other languages/cultures. Speaking from experience, where an IF is doomed to failure.
