copying a passage into Mac Windows

Can anyone tell me the keys to use in Mac Windows to bring up the copy Bible command.  The video tutorial (presumably a PC based resource says to use Ctrl/ALT/B.  Since ALT is a "shift" command on the mac keyboard is it a different set of keys, or is it not possible??

Welcome to the L4 Mac Forum. The most direct equivalent to Ctrl/Alt/B on a Mac would be Cmd/Opt/B. I don't have L4 Mac open to check this, but you can give it a try.
