BUG: Footnote in an image has no text

In "The Gospel according to Moses: Theological and Ethical Reflections on the Book of Deuteronomy" by Daniel Block, there is a footnote in an image that has no text associated with it.

Page 147, footnotes go from 28 to 29, but there's actual footnote to access in 29.

    Yes that is just missing, if you export that page to Word, where the footnotes are displayed at the bottom of the page, there is no 29.
