This is an oldie but I've forgotten how to do it...
Here's a screenshot of the parallel SB Notes showing, and it's only about half of my SB Notes. How do I force the other Bible Notes to show up in the list of parallel resources?
If you create a collection specifically for the parallel books you want to see, and then tick the box 'Show in parallel books' at the top right in the collection window, then will be able to see in the parallel window other books in the collection that are indexed the same, but not necessarily the same type (which I believe is what is normally shown in the 'All parallel books').
Note please also the "1 of 2" at the bottom right to allow scrolling through different pages of collections this book is a member of, and the tick box in the header to remember which collection you want showing the next time you open the menu (and which collection the arrow keys scroll through), which you can select by clicking in the header or a resource in the list.
I read https://wiki.logos.com/Parallel_Resources and got reminded that only resources that match the current reference will show, so this might be your issue rather than all that I posted. Either way this wiki page should help!
Thanks for the reminder.

Agreed...the concern is, why wouldn't Study Bible Notes be matching? I'm not sure this is the problem, but it may be related. Weird stuff shows up in these parallel lists, sometimes.
I've been too busy to test my theory but are the parallel resources built on startup and not updated with an added resource? If so, restarting would resolve the issue.

"All parallel books" will only display books that:
You can mix type:study-bible with type:bible-notes and type:bible-commentary in a Collection, tick "Show in Parallel books" and they will duly appear, because they all use bible references.
