BUG: supercilious workaround requirement for L4 address

Context in which I am using the panel menu and copy location as: L4

If I select the entire line "2. It's a sudden kingdom" the reference I get is logosres:9781496409911;ref=Bible.Da2.31-49;off=30779. Unfortunately, the offset is ignored in the PB compiler and the address may be incorrect after resource updates ... i.e. this is not a good choice for building indices.

I get the same problematic reference if I select just the text "It's a sudden kingdom".  logosres:9781496409911;ref=Bible.Da2.31-49;off=30779

However, if I deliberately choose to omit the initial "I" and select "t's a sudden kingdom" I get logosres:9781496409911;ref=Bible.Da2.31-49;off=31360;ctx=2._I~T$E2$80$99S_A_SUDDEN_KINGDOM$0AA_stone_$E2$80$A6_struc which is the form of the address that is consistent across resource updates and therefore, the form I always want.

I find it supercilious that in order to a get address with the desirable characteristics, I have to mutilate the selection. Is this the official behavior or a serious bug?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I get similar results with the headings in this resource, but not the text.

Thanks for the report. I've created a case to make sure the context consistently gets added to the url. I think this hasn't been previously spotted because it only happens when the start of your selection falls right on an article boundary that doesn't coincide with a milestone position.
