Series not working as series

Hi!
The series are not working as they used to. For example, JPS Tanakh Commentary and New American Commentary. If I have them open in Genesis and I look for a passage in Exodus it does nothing. I have to click on the drop down menu to go to my passage. Exactly the same thing happens in the NAC series. Any help will be welcome!
