BUG: Pericope title included in verse text

At Luke 4:1 in the ESV, the pericope title ("The Temptation of Jesus") seems to be a part of the verse 1 text.  At least, I can't put a Reference note on v. 1 without the indicator appearing in front of the pericope title.

Worse, if I turn off the 'Non-Bible Text' visual filter, the note indicator vanishes along with the pericope header. The note seems unaffected...it stays in the notebook and the indicator comes back when 'Non-Bible Text' is enabled in the VF.

This is more common than one would think...I haven't always taken time to report these here...let me know if that would be helpful.

These are known problems. We do have an existing case to improve the position of Note indicators in this area, but there are no immediate plans to implement a fix.
