How to backup and restore Application and Libraries?

So the year is nearly 2024, and most talk's about backing up and restoring ones library seems to be from over ten years ago.

Does anyone know of a quick and easy.... or maybe a not so quick and easy way of backing up Logo's and all the associated library data?

Long story short, I think the last windows update borked my computer and would rather not wait for Logos to redownload everything if I reinstall windows.

I would rather not pull up SysInternals ProcessMonitor to identify and manually backup all the registry settings it uses, but I will if I have to. I'm just hoping someone else has already gone through the hard part of identifying what needs to be backed up to an external device already?

Windows:  See Method 2 for backup and restore from the \Logos folder. This includes all user data.

To avoid downloading Setup, you can reinstall with Logos-x64.msi from the ...\Logos\Install\Installers folder
