I'm having a hard time figuring out why two sets of my Bible Notes (red arrows) are in parallel sets with these resources-
rather than the other Bible Notes I have-
It's based on resource type. The top image are Bible Notes. The bottom image are Study Bibles.
Just check they are type:bible-notes
these should be type:Study-bible.
That answers the 'why' question. But it begs another: How are these determined? Study bibles contain commentary on the text, and the two (at least) I've pointed out in the previous screenshot have notes that are commentary on the text. So what's the difference, or how are these determined?
And then finally, how can I force the BN into a parallel resource set with the SB, since they are (practically) the same thing?
Actually, I think Dave H answered my last question in a related thread.

You will find that the book title itself is a statement of the book's intent, as is the case with commentaries. Bible Notes are just notes whilst Study Bibles have additional depth and content, but both choose which chapters and verses receive comments.
There is room to disagree with type assignment, but books with "Study Bible" in the title are not commentaries. But you will find some with "Notes" in the title being treated as commentaries (I mostly disagree with this). You can state your case in a "Metadata issue" thread.
