error 2894 on reinstalling

Good Morning.
I wanted to re-install Logos 10 to a secondary drive that had more space as my computer was slowing down and Logos takes up a lot of space. I uninstalled it and was going to reinstall it to the other drive and I received a 2894 error. I have been searching for hours to find the solution to the problem. All I could find out was that it is a Microsoft issue. Any help be appreciated.

This bump should get you an answer.

"Error code 2894 is a runtime error that happens when Microsoft Access fails or crashes whilst it’s running".
This is what I find on the internet, but you are not clear about "going to reinstall" as it may not be connected with actually reinstalling Logos.
Make sure you delete the \Logos folder (type %localappdata% in File Explorer and look for the \Logos folder).

Ensure that it is formatted NTFS for Logos to work properly.
If it is an external drive, note that it is not supported by Faithlife.

Thank you Dave for the help. I was able to delete the folder but it did no good. The drive I was going to see if it install on was a secondary internal drive that is 1 TB as appose to my 256 GB drive that runs windows. I guess I will have to delve into what Microsoft has to say as I have issues with another program as well. again Thank you and Merry Christmas. [:)]

Hello MJ. What bump?

"bumping" a forum post simply means bringing back to the "top" of the unread list to be read again by participants.
