Walton, John H., and Kim E. Walton. The Bible Story Handbook: A Resource for Teaching 175 Stories from the Bible. Wheaton, IL: Crossway, 2010. at (Exodus 2:15–22; 18) the 18 is chapter 18 NOT 2:18

I'll admit to being concerned that this might be a systematic error.
