Galatians by Timothy George

Timothy George's Christian Standard Commentary is on sale this month. This is an update version of his New American Commentary. The page count is greater, but is that to do with footnotes and bibliography? Or is there significant new material? Perhaps someone who has used both can comment on whether it's worth $20 to own the latest edition or whether I'd be better to wait for a $10 sale at some point like we had with the 2 Corinthians volume during November's cyber Deals.

The increase in page numbers is conspicuous to me. I would like to know as well

A brief comparison with the "See inside" text of the product page shows:
- essentially the same structure
- use of primary quotes changed to CSB from NIV
- comment sections now preceded by a translation (CSB)
- some changes to formatting
- some clarification (additional text)
But not enough to persuade me to purchase it.
